Denier Nylon Denier Nylon: Denier levels refer to the thickness/weight of a fiber. It indicates the material’s durability. The higher the denier, the thicker the fiber; the lower the denier, the finer the fiber. Polaris uses fabrics with both 420 deniers and 660 deniers to optimize both riding comfort and protection. Cordura Nylon Cordura® Nylon: Maximum durability is what this fabric is known for and is used in products that take a beating – luggage, backpacks, boots and performance apparel. Cordura resists tears, abrasions and scuffs like no other fabric of its kind or weight. This fabric is ten times more durable than cotton duck, three times more durable than standard polyester and twice as durable as standard nylon. Polaris® Barrier Fleece Polaris® Barrier Fleece: Polaris® Barrier Fleece is a 100% polyester micro-fleece. Polyester micro-fleece is similar to traditional polar fleece, yet is comprised of exceptionally fine, micro-filament fibers making it a light and soft choice. Zip Vents Ventilation is an essential feature that should be found on any high-performance clothing, and is a key feature in controlling the comfort level while riding or at rest. Vents are strategically placed in the clothing to optimize the use of airflow to transport heat and moisture away. This increases comfort and decreases muscle fatigue allowing you to ride longer, harder and more. On jackets, zipped vents can be located on the back shoulders, under arms, on sleeves, and on the front sides. On bibs/pants, full length side zippers that can be unzipped allowing maximum venting.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Shipping charges are an additional amount and will be calculated based on the total order amount. Some larger items may have an oversize charge in addition to the normal freight charges. Online orders can be shipped to any address in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Online orders shipping outside the United States cannot be placed.

All orders submitted by 12PM CST Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after that time will ship on the next business day. The cut-off time for Overnight shipping is 12PM CST Mon. - Fri. to receive the next business day. Only 2-Day Express & Overnight are available for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.
